Wishing you well with the deep tissue work. I started doing this w/ my clients in 1996, and it revolutionized my work, in that it made such a difference in the holding patterns my clients were creating for themselves.
I'll send you an e-mail about audio.

I'm finding your book a calming experience. When digested slowly & re-reading paragraphs i find myself 'viewing from a different place' a much nicer place. Quite an experience. Perspective changes. However its a bit like a tennis match at present as i can forget & remember what i've digested moment from moment.
I did at one point write on the back of my hand 'get over yourself Carol'. ... had somebody said this to me, i would have taken offence... now it made me smile.
I have found 2 practioners near me who do rolfing & deep tissue massage & i am going to use this. I had not heard of this. It's good news for me.
I didnt recieve an email from you, but maybe it went into junk & i missed it.
I also downloaded this endless moment as referals to it would appear to give deeper insight.
Could do with it all on audio by the way. I am considering reading the book into a dictaphone, my only method of audio.
Thankyou
A step forward in the moment. All positive.

Solar plexus issues are typically self-esteem issues. (Nothing is 100%...) In my therapy practice, that would be where I'd "go" with you, and then suggest we do Bodywork. Stomachs are "tricky" in that there is a layer of muscle that can only be accessed by "grabbing it." If there is blocked energy (blocked issues...) then this is quite painful. (one woman described the feeling as "You know that thing that comes out of the guy's chest in the first "Aliens" movie? That!"
A thing you might do is Google your city and either "Rolfing" or "deep tissue massage." Both approaches might be able to get at the energy side.
I'll drop you an e-mail. If you have additional questions, you can ask here, or reply to my reply!

Just hoping I'll get something from it. Had originally looked at your solar plexus chakra page. I am at the stage where my solar plexus is what I called permanently switched on ie butterflies are constant & only diminish when very active. So relaxation causes big problems as although I can relax every inch of my body via meditation or guided visualisations, my solar plexus remains disturbed. I am washed out.Regards
Carol
